1.For digital products that have been sent to customer, if the acquired product keys of customer have not yet been redeemed, it is possible for the return and refund. But redemption is excluded if the product key you have redeemed on the relevant activation platform. Because the product key can be redeemed only once
2.For the product key whether it is valid or not, Keyworlds reserves the right to check it within seven days. If by the test it shows that the product key has been activated, Keysworlds has right to reject payment. ,Because it has been provided at appointment for purchased.
3. Customer can cancel your order and refund at any time so long as product has not been delivered, even after expiration of the 14 days.
4. If customer want to cancel the order, customer must via email at Keysworlds inform us your decision by means of a clear declaration
5.It must be informed to Keyworlds by email within 14 days after receiving the delivery if your return may be defective products such as invalid or already redeemed game keys. Because Keyworlds may need evidence about reported problems that you need to provide. But if it is reported that game keys have been already redeemed after the given time of 14 days after the delivery. Keysworlds will refuse to refund.
6.If only because you are dissatisfacted with the product or your computer does not meet the minimum product requirements, Keysworlds will not refund.
For full refund:
1. we can refund and you must send back the key within 14 days (Starting from the purchase date) if you bought a wrong game or do not want the game anymore. But the key should not be redeemed.
2. You can ask for refund anytime before the delivery if you pre-ordered a game and the key haven't been sent.
3. If the game key cannot be redeemed as usual, we will make a full refund or send a replacement key after an examination of the problem.
Partial refund only happens:
When customer bought ≥2 games in one order, and if he asks refund for one of the game in this order,he will get partially refund of this order.
If customer cancelled the order, we will pay for all the payments that we have received from them, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us) Within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation has been received by us.
